Return/Refund Policy

At Dished, we strive to provide amazing cookbooks to our customers! If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out–we'll try and make it right! If you have questions about refunding or replacing items from a recent order, please reach out to dished.food.cooking@gmail.com with subject line RETURNS.

Products that are damaged, either from origin or in transit, are always eligible for a replacement or refund. Photo documentation is required. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost packages may be eligible for replacement or refund only upon a successful carrier claim. Our common carriers are FedEx and USPS. Claims may be submitted 24 hours after estimated delivery date. Claims can take up to 10 business days for resolution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
